For Smart Switch
Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of the current period. You will be charged the same day your subscription renews. If your subscription renews, a mail message will be sent to the email address you registered.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from iTunes/App Store. There will be no refunds for unused portions of the ongoing service period in case of cancellation. However, we may provide refunds under certain circumstances.
Prices
It is our policy to reserve the right to change prices at any time, including those associated with recurring subscriptions. An advance notification will be sent to you.
CHANGES
We have the right to modify or discontinue our app services temporarily or permanently at any time without notice. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.
LAW
These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of different countries without regard to their conflicts of laws. Our failure to enforce any rights or provisions will not be considered as a waiver of these rights. In the event that any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
EULA Agreement
Once you install our apps, you are bound by the terms & guidelines set by the End-User License Agreement (EULA). As a responsible user, you must read & agree to the terms set by EULA.
