End-User License Agreement (EULA) of our software

End-User License Agreements ("EULAs") are legal contracts between you and us.

We only gather some of your harmless personal data to serve you in a better way.

This EULA agreement applied on your acquisition and use of our software indirectly through an alternative & authorized App Store.

When you install our app and start using it, this EULA agreement will apply to you until our software is uninstalled from your mobile device or any device. By installation/ or use of our software, we confirm your acceptance and agree to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

Before the installation of  our software, please first check if the core functionality of the software is permitted in your country of residence.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entities, the said company/legal entity is to be bound by the terms and conditions. If you are not comfortable with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement of our app, do not install or use our software, and until or unless you agree with the EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the software supplied by us here regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, these terms apply.

License Grant

Our app hereby allows you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our software on your mobile devices in accordance with the terms & condition of this EULA agreement.
