Smart Problem Solver (“the App”) helps you organize problems and get AI-generated suggestions. We respect your privacy and explain here what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
User content you provide – text you type, and files you choose to open or upload inside the App.
Diagnostics & performance – crash logs and basic analytics provided by Apple or our service providers to keep the App reliable.
Purchases – if you buy a subscription, Apple processes the payment; we receive non-personal transaction info (e.g., product, region).
Support communications – emails you send to us.
To generate answers: your inputs are securely sent to our AI provider (OpenAI API) for processing and returned to you.
To operate, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
To manage purchases and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
We use trusted processors to run the App:
OpenAI API to generate responses. Communications use HTTPS/TLS. OpenAI may temporarily retain logs for security/abuse prevention per its policy (see OpenAI Privacy).
Apple for payments, crash reports, and distribution (see Apple privacy terms).
We don’t keep your prompts/files on our own servers beyond what’s necessary to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, or meet legal/accounting obligations.
Transaction records are retained as required by law.
Third-party retention follows their policies.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted network connections (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can stop using the App at any time.
You can contact us to request deletion of support emails or other information we control. (Note: Apple purchase history and third-party processor logs may be outside our direct control.)
The App does not require account creation.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Processing may occur on servers outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfers subject to applicable safeguards.
The App does not collect personal data for advertising or marketing. Processing of user input is limited to providing app functionality.
The App does not track users across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA).
Purchases and subscriptions are managed via Apple’s App Store.
We do not access your payment card information.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
Request a copy of the data we hold.
Request correction or deletion of data.
Opt out of certain processing where applicable.

We may update this policy. We’ll post the revised version on this page with a new “Effective date.”
