Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter is an AI-powered fitness coaching app that uses your device's camera to provide real-time pose tracking, automatic rep counting, and form correction during workouts. **All pose detection and video processing happens entirely on your device.** Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter does not upload, store, transmit, or share your camera feed, images, or video recordings with us or any third party.
## 2. Information We Collect
### 2.1 Camera Data (Processed On-Device Only)
Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter requests access to your device's camera to power its core features:
- Real-Time AI Pose Tracking
- Automatic Rep Counting
- Live Form Correction
- Camera Calibration
- Form Scoring & Analytics
This camera feed is processed **locally on your device using on-device AI models**. No video, image, or camera frame is ever uploaded to our servers or any third party. Once a workout session ends, camera data processed for that session is discarded and is not retained by the App beyond what is needed for real-time analysis.
### 2.2 Workout & Usage Data (Stored Locally)
The following data is generated through your use of the App and stored **locally on your device**:
- Workout history and session logs
- Rep counts, form scores, and analytics
- Exercise selections and progress tracking data
This data is not linked to a user account (Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter does not require account creation or login) and is not transmitted to our servers.
### 2.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services
Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter uses third-party services that may collect certain information as described below. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
**Google AdMob (Advertising)**
Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is used to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to personalize ad content, subject to your consent choices (see Section 5 on Ad Personalization/Consent). **Firebase Analytics & Firebase Crashlytics**
Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google) to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. These services may collect:

- App performance and crash/diagnostic logs
- Installation identifiers

Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter does **not**:
- Require you to create an account or log in
- Collect your name, email, or phone number
- Upload, store, or transmit camera footage, images, or video
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Track your precise (GPS) location
## 3. Permissions Used

| Vibration | Used for haptic coaching feedback during workouts. |
We only request permissions necessary for the App's core functionality. You can review or revoke permissions anytime through your device Settings.
## 4. How We Use Information
Information collected (as described in Section 2.3) is used to:
- Operate and maintain core App features
- Display and measure advertising
- Diagnose crashes and improve app performance and stability
- Understand aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve the App
We do not use camera data, workout history, or analytics data for any purpose beyond what is described in this policy.
## 5. Ad Personalization & Consent
Depending on your region, you may be presented with a consent mechanism (e.g., a consent form under Google's EU/UK user consent policy or applicable regional frameworks) allowing you to manage ad personalization preferences. You can also reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device's Settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
## 6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. Limited data is shared only with the third-party service providers listed in Section 2.3 (Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics) strictly to provide advertising and app-performance functionality. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection obligations.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter, our users, or others.
## 7. Data Retention & Deletion
- **Camera data:** Not retained; processed in real time and discarded after each session.
- **Workout history/analytics:** Stored locally on your device only, for as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App or clearing App data/storage permanently deletes this information.
- **Third-party analytics/ad data:** Retained according to Google's Firebase and AdMob data retention policies.
Since Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter does not use accounts, there is no server-side user profile for us to delete on request — uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
## 8. Children's Privacy
Fitness Coach & AI Rep Counter is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through third-party services integrated in this App, please contact us so we can address it.
## 9. Data Security
We rely on on-device processing to minimize data exposure — your camera feed never leaves your device. Data transmitted to third-party services (ads, analytics) is handled according to their respective security standards. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding data collected by third-party services described in this policy, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data, and the right to opt out of personalized advertising.
