At Smart Attendance app, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our app.
Account Data: Full name, email address, phone number (to identify you and activate your account).
Location Data: We request access to your device’s location to verify your presence at the educational group’s location when marking attendance.
Camera Data: We use the camera to scan attendance barcodes (images are not stored on our servers).
Device Data: Device type, operating system version (to improve performance and fix technical issues).
Usage Data: Attendance logs, groups, and notifications.
Accurately record your attendance.
Send important notifications (class reminders, class cancellation/rescheduling).
Improve app performance and user experience.
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We may share data with service providers (e.g., cloud database hosting) under confidentiality agreements that prohibit other uses.
We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

نحن في تطبيق الحضور الذكي نلتزم بحماية خصوصية بياناتك. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق.

بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: نطلب الوصول إلى موقع جهازك عند تسجيل الحضور للتأكد من وجودك في موقع المجموعة التعليمية.
بيانات الكاميرا: نستخدم الكاميرا لمسح باركود الحضور (لا يتم تخزين الصور على خوادمنا).
بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، والإصدار (لتحسين الأداء وحل المشكلات التقنية).
بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات الحضور، المجموعات، والإشعارات.
تسجيل حضورك وانصرافك بدقة.
إرسال إشعارات مهمة (تذكير بالحصص، إلغاء أو تأجيل الحصص،).

لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. عند حذف حسابك، نقوم بحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال فترة زمنية معقولة (عادة خلال 30 يومًا)، ما لم يكن هناك التزام قانوني بالاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات.
لا يستهدف التطبيق الأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. إذا اكتشفنا أننا جمعنا بيانات من طفل دون موافقة الوالدين، سنحذفها فورًا.
