Welcome to my webpage! I am a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Oxford, UK. For more details about me, see my CV.
I am interested in understanding the cosmic origin of heavy elements. Towards this goal, I study the binary neutron star (BNS) mergers, the only confirmed source (as of now) to produce the heavy elements via the rapid neutron capture process (r-process). The freshly synthesized heavy elements in BNS mergers decay to power a transient called Kilonova. My work focuses on modeling the kilonova light curves. For more details, see my Research.
