These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Small Talk mobile application (the 'App'). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to your use of the App. By registering or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any modifications to them. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of any changes. Please review these Terms periodically.
To use the App, you must register via one of the following third-party services:
Apple
Microsoft
Registration is handled through Firebase Authentication, and the only personal data we collect is your email address for authentication purposes. No further personal data is stored or processed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your account information. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
Once you are logged in, you can book a 30-minute session with a team member by selecting an available time slot in the App’s calendar. Each session costs £16.99, and the fee is non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
All payments for bookings are processed securely via Revolut. By booking a session, you agree to pay the full amount, and we will not be responsible for any issues related to payments, including payment failure or delayed transactions.
Upon successful payment, a Microsoft Teams invite will be generated, and you will receive an email containing the invite link to join the session.
You may modify your booking as long as the session is more than 24 hours away.
You cannot cancel or modify a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be subject to our refund or rescheduling policies, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you make a booking but do not complete the payment within 30 minutes, the system will automatically delete the booking. This ensures that unconfirmed slots are made available for other users. You will need to re-book the slot if you wish to proceed after the cancellation.
To confirm your booking, please ensure that you complete the payment through the Revolut payment gateway within 30 minutes of selecting a time slot.
