To register for Small Talk, you need to log in through one of the following third-party services:

We use Firebase Authentication to manage your login and authentication. The only personal information we collect is your email address, which is used for account verification and communication.
Each 30-minute session costs £16.99. You will be prompted to pay for your session via Revolut before the booking is confirmed. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a Microsoft Teams invite with a link to your session.
After logging in, you can access the calendar within the app, where you can choose an available time slot for your session. Once you select your slot, you will be redirected to Revolut to make the payment. Upon successful payment, a Microsoft Teams invite will be generated, and you will receive an email with the link to join the session.
Yes! You can modify your booking as long as the session is more than 24 hours away. If you need to select a new time, simply go to the My Bookings section and choose another available slot. You will not need to make another payment if the session is changed within the allowed time frame.
Bookings cannot be canceled or deleted within 24 hours of the scheduled session. If the session is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel or modify your booking. However, please note that cancellations are subject to our refund policy, and refunds may not be available for canceled sessions within 24 hours.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email containing a Microsoft Teams invite with a link to your session. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the conversation.
If you encounter any issues with joining your session, please contact us immediately via the Support feature within the app. Our team will assist you in resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.
If you experience any issues with processing your payment through Revolut, please reach out to their support team directly. If there’s a payment error or delay on our end, contact our support team, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue as best as we can.
If you book a session but do not complete the payment within 30 minutes, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the slot will be made available for other users. To secure your booking, please ensure you complete the payment through Revolut within the time limit. After cancellation, you will need to re-book the session.
If you encounter any issues with the app or need assistance, you can raise an incident through the Support feature in the app. Once your incident is submitted, our team will review it and respond as soon as possible. All communications happen through a comment and response system in the app.
If you need immediate support outside of your scheduled sessions, please use the Support feature in the app to raise an incident. We will do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that Small Talk is not a crisis intervention service.
No. Small Talk is a non-therapeutic service designed to provide a space where users can talk to someone who will listen to them. Our team members are not licensed therapists or counselors, and the service is not intended to replace professional therapy or medical advice. If you need psychological support, please seek help from a licensed professional.
