Judging Suggestions & Resources:

1. Some Judges prefer to split screen and watch the client presentation while you follow along with the slide deck PDF

2. If the project answers the question better in the video than in the PDF, give credit for response.

3. The full presentation get's it's own score as well, around persuasive sales pitch techniques, as well as NOT READING RIGHT FROM THE SCREEN/ SLIDE DECK.

4. This year's project SPECIFICALLY was to write an employee recruitment campaign. All projects should be hyper-focused on all collateral being aligned to that goal/ theme/ need.

7. Some participants submitted a commercial and Tiktok as the same component.

8. Some projects were missing collateral or uploaded incorrect information. If a section is missing (eg: Recorded Pitch Presentation, TikTok or Commercial, please mark that section with 0 on the rubric, and evaluate the rest of the project with viable feedback. All participants were contacted and offered the opportunity to re-submit missinf collateral.
