Counseling Style
My counseling style is centered on three things: simplicity, strengths, and structure.
\When you work with me, you can expect a structured, personalized approach that meets you where you are.
Together, we will focus on building your confidence with nutrition, identifying what you are already doing well, and creating a clear path going forward that feels both realistic and sustainable.
Specialties

Outside of nutrition, I love making time for the things that bring me joy and help me recharge.
