Counseling Style
I’m a supportive, detail‑focused counselor who takes time to understand your routines and the pressures shaping your choices.
I’ll notice patterns you may overlook and turn those insights into practical, realistic steps that fit your life.
You’re involved in every decision we make, and when something doesn’t work, we adjust together without judgment.
My goal is for you to feel understood, encouraged, and genuinely supported as we build sustainable change.
