Counseling Style
Working with me means looking at the bigger picture--not just at what you eat, but how it fits into your training, your lifestyle, and your goals.
We'll look at areas in which we can improve, and implement changes in fueling strategies where needed in order to break through plateaus, optimize recovery, and build upon your nutritional knowledge for future nutritional adaptations.
Specialties
Sports nutrition, muscle growth and body composition, recovery-focused nutrition and adaptation
