At Slinky Kids our mission is to bring movement and mindfulness to children of all ages. In our program children will explore yoga, movement, and mindfulness through music, imagination and play. Slinky Kids give children a safe space to develop a practice and routine that integrates physical, mental and emotional development. Using our extensive knowledge and experience with children we aim to bring ease and mobility to the body, giving them added strength, flexibility and confidence they never knew you had. Our goal is to teach kindness, positivity and acceptance one breath at a time.
