These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Slimify: Calorie Counter mobile application (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Vitafy is a calorie tracking application that allows users to:
Track daily calorie intake
Analyze meals using camera-based AI technology
Estimate nutritional values of food
Monitor dietary progress
The App provides estimated nutritional information and is intended for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice.
Vitafy is not a medical application.
The nutritional data and calorie estimates provided by the App are approximate and should not be considered medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
Vitafy offers auto-renewable subscription plans.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
You agree:
To use the App only for lawful purposes
Not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality
Not to upload unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App may use artificial intelligence to analyze food images and generate calorie estimates.
Results are automatically generated.
Accuracy is not guaranteed.
The App does not identify individuals from images.
You remain responsible for how you use the information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slimify and its owner shall not be liable for:
Any inaccuracies in nutritional estimates
Health-related decisions made based on App information
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
