4. Who is responsible for providing the Ad Creatives Image or Video?
Ad Creatives Image or Video shall be provided by the customer.
5. Whose responsibility is it to confirm the slot booking after payment?
To ask & remind for slot book confirmation, after payment and in writing, is the customer's responsibility.
6. Where will my ad be displayed?
The Ad will be run under Marketing or News or Education type of Page and not on the customer's business page.
7. Will my ad be displayed alongside other ads?
Your ad may be visible with other business ads, similar or otherwise.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Order cannot be cancelled in the last 48 hours before the Active date or on the Active date.

9. What is the refund policy?
No Refund(s): on cancellation, slots can be postponed or transferred before 48 hours from ad Active time.

Advance payment in full only. It cost us to run Ads on Meta platform to show ads to audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
