This privacy policy explains how the mobile game Slice Shift: Cake Sort (the "Game"), published by Timotej itnik s.p., Slovenia, handles your information.
Data stored on your device
Your progress, best runs, Daily Challenge results and settings are saved on your own device.
Google Play Games
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Game uses it for leaderboards, achievements and a cloud save of your best run and settings. This data is handled by Google under its privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Advertising
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC: an optional rewarded video for a second chance and occasional ads between runs. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, information about your device and ad interactions, and crash and diagnostic data. Google handles this data under its own policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where required by law (for example in the EU, EEA and UK), you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your Android settings under Google, Ads.
Purchases
The optional No ads purchase is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Children
The Game is made for players of all ages, including children. On first start it asks for the year of birth, which stays only on your device. For players under 13 the Game does not use Google Play Games sign in and shows only ads that are suitable for children, without personalisation and with child directed treatment, as required by COPPA and GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data sharing and storage
We do not sell your data and we do not run our own servers that store your data. Data collected by Google services is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS).
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the Game deletes all game data stored on your device. For data processed by Google, use your Google account settings or contact Google.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
