Welcome to SleepPulse. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
By using SleepPulse, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Personal Profile (optional): Display name, age, gender, and occupation — used solely to personalize AI sleep analysis.
Sleep Records: Bedtime, wake time, quality rating, mood, factors, dream journal, and notes you manually enter.
Sleep Goals: Target bedtime, wake time, and duration preferences.
Language Preference: Your chosen app language.
HealthKit or Apple Health data

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
No personal data is stored on our servers.
No cloud synchronization or backup is performed by our app.
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data.
When you request an AI sleep analysis:
A text summary of your sleep data is sent via encrypted HTTPS to our AI service provider.
Only aggregated sleep metrics are transmitted — never raw biometric data.
The AI service processes your request in real-time and does not store your data after generating a response.
AI responses are cached locally on your device to avoid redundant requests.

SleepPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top.
