Growth Group Reset 2026

Dominant Green has become Dominant Blue!  -  God’s desire for us is “YOU at Peak” “Until we all attain to…maturity”

Titus 2.11-13

11For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to everyone. 12It instructs us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live sensible, upright, and godly lives in the present age, 13as we await the blessed hope and glorious appearance of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.

Embracing a finishing mentality doesn’t happen alone – we need each other to achieve competency in these areas.

•       Mastery of Life in Mortality because we have seen its limitations

•       A cry from us for perception beyond the limitations of the Mortal

•       The embarking on a strong personal and corporate journey to get there to the Finish life

•       A conviction that there is vast life beyond the current mountain (whatever your mountain is that it takes faith to see beyond)

•       Hope that becomes the guiding force of your life (Hope is fixated on the future not the evidence of the present)

•       A conviction that God is with us – facilitating, resourcing; aiding and assisting for it is He who caused us to see

•       No obstacle that we encounter on the path to the Finish is an obstacle in the sight of God – There were absolutely no obstacles on the vast plain           before the Sea (God’s sight is more powerful than our time-based experience)

Vision Statement of the Women of Elijah Centre:

“To become a community of whole, wise, women who are connected in a common goal of being accurate representatives of God, and thereby facilitate the fulfilment of His purpose.”

As we reset our Growth Groups, we also refresh The Purpose of Growth Groups.

- Growth Groups are the means by which members are connected, integrated, matured and strengthened.

-  The Growth Groups concept envisages a body that instinctively functions to transfer life from joint to joint, sinew to sinew, muscle to muscle.

…  the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. Ephesians 4:16  NIV

The Purpose of Growth Groups

•       The groups are designed specifically to activate the pastoral and evangelistic dimension of the Kingdom Community by strategically expanding the responsibility for the life of the ministry beyond the primary leadership and into the hands of the wider body. 

•       To strengthen the pastoral dimension of the community by building effective relationships among members.  

•       To allow every member the opportunity to receive personal care and attention from within the body so as to facilitate integration, Growth and establishment.

•       To create an environment where peer ministry is valued and welcomed, and peer accountability is an active part of the community life.

•       To provide every member with the opportunity to take an active part in the life of the community and so build commitment, ownership and a greater sense of belonging.

•       To provide a platform upon which members’ unique talents, skills and abilities, including leadership, can be displayed and identified, thus mobilizing greater resources for the community.

•       To become a primary place of the development of the Evangelistic Dimension of the KC through invitation, illumination and ministration to a diversity of persons.

•       To represent multiple Gateways of Kingdom Life and expression to the world system so that those of the Babylon system may find their way into the Kingdom

•       To be the active and primary location within the KC where the saints actively move to Functional Maturity by consciously practicalizing the doctrine into lifestyle with their peers (“YOU, at Peak”)

Habakkuk 2.1-3

“I will stand at my guard post and station myself on the ramparts. I will watch to see what He will say to me, and how I should answer when corrected. Then the LORD answered me: “Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets, so that a herald may run with it.  For the vision awaits an appointed time; it testifies of the end and does not lie. Though it lingers, wait for it, since it will surely come and will not delay.…”

The resourcing of God continues to massively pour into our lives the abundance of Grace that come from our wonderful savior through our Apostolic context. Therefore, we refresh these things in our sight…

•   I am a steward of what He is building

•   Each of us must carry God’s preferences as our own

•   This is only possible by the power of the Holy Spirit

•   Our sight is fixated on the Lord till the end of our journey.

•   Our path to Blue has been supernatural with massive and total reliance on the Grace – we’re not stopping now!

•   The split-second sighting of the Finish changed DNW’s entire life, and it is changing ours.
