Overview
Kaioku Qi is a Jiangsu samurai that appeared in Episode 15. He was given a task by Hajito, his leader, to strengthen his sword by mining with it and his energy. Along with Tsungshu, his brother, he also develops a hunch while he is mining through Mount Tamakoshi. He played a pivotal role of starting a war with the Boei No Chi
Trivia
His hunch was that there was an endless supply of diamond mythril in Mount Tamakoshi.
His brother, Tsungshu, believed that there was the same, except that there was a power keeper that a leader had to kill off in order to claim.
The war started because he slashed one of Kinju's cohorts, Ryo Kazu.
