Overview
Hajito Satoshi is the newly-appointed leader of the Jiangsu amid Tojijoro's assassination in the hands of Kinju and the Boei No Chi. Since then, he has had an alliance with the Shiatsu to try to aid his plans. He often gets help from the alchemists when he is near his death, but he doesn't completely die. In Episode 19, however, he finally dies after a barrage that resulted in his heirloom blade being broken and another Jiangsu fire. His colleague from the Shiatsu, Akane has merged the Jiangsu and Shiatsu shortly after his death.
Trivia
He became leader of the Jiangsu after Tojijoro passed away.
He has challenged the Boei No Chi in avenging his cousin, the former Jiangsu leader.
He often betrays his members, as notably seen in Episode 12, where he kills his own alchemist when they were refusing to explain what happened to the cure.
His body rose in Episode 15 following his supposed death. This has sparked an argument which resulted in a fight amongst the Jiangsu members, whether he was to be considered an undead or not.
In Episode 19 ,Finally Dead, his death was caused by multiple assaults in a battle, which led to a bloody murder punctuated by the Jiangsu house catching on fire.
