How does Slam determine my skill level?
Your skill is determined by your own input. You need to adjust in the settings and it is your responsible to set truthful skill level according to following guidelines:
"Beginner - You are learning to judge where the ball is going although court coverage is weak. You can sustain a short rally of slow pace with other players of the same ability."
"Intermediate - Your achieved improved stroke dependability with directional control on moderate shots, but still lack depth and variety."
"Advanced - You start to master the use of power and spins; can handle pace, have sound footwork, can control depth of shots and you are able to vary game plan according to opponents."

9. Does Slam categorize different types of tennis matches?
At the moment the app allows to train/compete in only 1vs1 tennis. The users are connected with users at the same level. Within given match there is no distinction for "type of match". At this stage, it is up to the users to agree on the type of match.
10. Are there ground rules for the tennis matches and how winning is determined?
At this stage there are no ground rules. The app relies on the integrity of users within the sport. It is up to the users to decide how the match has ended. However the app will not allow to record incompatible results (Only win-lose or draw-draw combinations will be accepted). Only after compatible result has been recorded the points will be updated and match recorded to the match history.
11. Are there set locations where user can match?
Users can match only with people in the same city. Users need to share their location with the app in order to be able to use matchmaking system.
12. How are results input into the app?
The results can be input in the Matches tab. Under the active matches after clicking the "Record Results" button there is view which allows to mark either "Won", "Lost" or "Drew" (for compete mode) and only "Record Practice Session" (for practice mode). Then after both results recorded the result and the results are compatible, as described in Q10, the match will be added to the history matches in Profile tab and the experience bar will be updated.
