Slackline Skill Tree respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Slackline Skill Tree mobile application.

Information We Collect

Slackline Skill Tree does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.

Your skill progress, practice status, preferences, and app settings are stored locally on your device.

Local Storage

Slackline Skill Tree uses local device storage to remember your progress and preferences between sessions.

This data remains on your device unless a future feature explicitly states otherwise.

Deleting the app or clearing its application data may permanently remove locally stored progress and settings.

Accounts

Slackline Skill Tree currently does not require or provide user accounts.

Because there is no account-based cloud storage, your progress is not currently synchronized between devices.

Analytics and Tracking

Slackline Skill Tree does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics services to track your activity across apps or websites.

The app does not sell personal information.

The app does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

Advertising

Slackline Skill Tree does not currently display third-party advertising.

Permissions and Device Features

The app may use certain device features when required for its functionality.

For example:

• Haptic feedback may be used to provide physical feedback during interactions and practice sessions.

• Internet access may be used for functionality provided by the operating system, app store services, updates, or future online content.

• Email functionality may open your device's email application if you choose to send feedback or contact support.

Using an email feature is optional. Any information you choose to include in an email is provided voluntarily by you and is handled by your chosen email provider.

App Store Services

If you download Slackline Skill Tree through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may independently collect and process information related to downloads, purchases, diagnostics, and use of their services.

Their collection and processing of information is governed by their own privacy policies and is not controlled by Slackline Skill Tree.

Purchases

Slackline Skill Tree may be distributed as a paid application.

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Slackline Skill Tree does not directly receive or store your payment card or banking information.

Children

Slackline Skill Tree is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Because the app does not currently require accounts or intentionally collect personal information, users can use its core functionality without submitting personal information to us.

Parents and guardians should supervise children when participating in slacklining or other physical activities.

Safety Information

Slackline Skill Tree provides educational and progress-tracking information related to slacklining.

The app does not collect personal information as part of its safety or skill progression features.

Information provided within the app is not a substitute for professional instruction, supervision, certification, or appropriate safety practices.

Data Sharing

Slackline Skill Tree does not currently sell, rent, or share locally stored skill progress or settings with third parties.

We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law or a valid legal process.

Data Retention and Deletion

Progress and settings stored locally remain on your device until they are:

• Reset through functionality provided by the app

• Cleared through your device settings

• Removed when the app is uninstalled

Because Slackline Skill Tree currently does not maintain user accounts or cloud-based user profiles, there is generally no server-side user profile for us to delete.

Security

We take reasonable measures to design Slackline Skill Tree in a way that minimizes the collection of personal information.

However, no software or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Future Features

Slackline Skill Tree may gain additional functionality in the future, such as cloud synchronization, accounts, online content, analytics, social features, or other services.

If a future feature changes how personal information is collected, used, stored, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Where required, appropriate notice or consent will be provided before such functionality is used.
