If our apps offer premium features through subscriptions:
Payments are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the respective store.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
In no event will Skynetix s.r.o. or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
