Devising has nothing to do with dividing, this is a process that is all about inclusion. 

Every voice in the workshop is heard and amplifyed as participants create their own work of art.

Works often include scripts for plays or multimedia performances. A group may also agree on another project.

Performance and/or Open House for the group's artwork will happen at the end of the 3 month process.

The group must be able to meet at least twice per week for 2-3 hours (more time is may become necessary toward the Performance/Open House.

Minimum meetings = 24 (Over the course of 3 months)
