Reseach Interests: Theoretical Computer Science, Discrete Mathematics, Graph Theory, Graph Algorithms, and Combinatorics

About Me

Originally from Belthangady, Mangalore, India, I relocated to Mysore in 2010 to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication at SJCE.  After graduating, I joined AirWatch Technologies in Bangalore as a Member of Technical Staff, developing Windows applications for two years.

Driven by a growing interest in mathematical research, I then moved to Chennai to obtain my Master's in Mathematics from IIT Madras. This led me to pursue a PhD in Graph Theory and Combinatorics at NITK Surathkal, Mangalore, under the guidance of Prof. Suresh M. Hegde and Prof. Manu Basavaraju.

My research focused on structural and algorithmic graph theory, which I furthered through postdoctoral positions at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, hosted by Prof. L. Sunil Chandran, and the Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc), Chennai, hosted by Prof. Saket Saurabh. Starting from December 2024, I am working as a Program-Specific Researcher in the Minato Lab, Graduate School of Informatics, Department of Communication and Information Systems, Kyoto University, Japan, where I am hosted by Prof. Jesper Jannson and Prof. David Avis.

Beyond academia, I am an avid hiker and a badminton player. I find great joy in exploring new cultures and perspectives through travel and experiencing the serenity of early morning hikes in lush green mountains.
