Skool Guru

Skool Guru was founded on the belief that every student has the ability to learn and succeed.

We specialize in teaching Science, Math and Test Prep to all levels of students from Elementary School, Middle School and High School.

We conduct in-person and group tutoring. We also teach online. We are based in Elkton, MD.

Since inception 10 years ago, we have helped hundreds of students improve their study habits and learn math, science, Computer Science and test-taking skills. As a result, these students have earned better test scores and grades, and grown in self-esteem and confidence. We love celebrating those victories with our students.

We guide all our students on study skills. These are the key skills that help a student succeed. They include reading comprehension, note taking, test taking skill, basic math skill, time management, understanding (vs. memorizing), and goal setting (vs. procrastination). They help improve student's scores. This is evident in feedback that we receive from time to time.

SAT/ACT Test Preparation: Students are given six tests during the full course. We have an online system for testing, homework assignments and grade reporting which can be used by teachers and students.
