SkoolCopilot is a Chrome extension that helps users search Skool communities with AI-powered search, answer summaries, relevance ranking, and Focus Mode.

Data We Use

SkoolCopilot may process the following data only to provide its core functionality:

• The question you type into SkoolCopilot

• Visible Skool community content, such as posts, comments, titles, snippets, and post links

• Your extension settings, such as Focus Mode status, search depth, selected model, and onboarding status

• Your OpenAI API key, if you choose to add one

OpenAI API Key

Your OpenAI API key is stored locally in Chrome storage on your device. SkoolCopilot does not sell your API key and does not use it for advertising or tracking.

How Data Is Used

SkoolCopilot uses your question and relevant Skool community content to generate search keywords, rank matching posts, summarize useful answers, and help you open the original Skool post.

Data Sharing

SkoolCopilot does not sell user data. Data may be sent to OpenAI only when required to provide AI-powered ranking and summaries, using the OpenAI API key provided by the user.

Focus Mode

Focus Mode hides distracting Skool interface elements such as messages or notifications. SkoolCopilot does not read private messages.

No Automatic Posting

SkoolCopilot does not post, edit, delete, or publish anything automatically on your behalf.

Data Storage

Extension settings are stored locally in Chrome storage. SkoolCopilot does not maintain its own external user database.
