The Mixed-signal INTegrated Circuits and Systems (MINT-CAS) Group aims to research and develop energy-efficient and high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits and systems for various applications. We focus on the co-optimization of analog and digital circuits to achieve the best solution breaking tradeoffs between power, performance, and quality of result. Our work spans sensor interfaces, power management ICs, synthesizable analog circuits, high-speed I/Os, and energy-efficient DNN accelerators.

성균관대 혼성신호 집적회로 및 시스템 연구실에서 함께 연구할 석박통합/박사 과정 대학원생을 모집합니다. 주 연구분야는 혼성신호 집적회로 설계 및 모델링 이며 다수의 국가연구과제 및 산학연구과제를 수행중입니다. 자기주도적이고 성실한 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

• 지원자격: 회로설계 관련 교과목 이수 (필수: 전자회로1/2, 집적회로 이수) 및 GPA 3.8/4.5 이상
