We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties because we do not collect or have access to your information in the first place. Your learning data remains private and confidential on your device.

SkillPath does not integrate any advertising networks or third-party analytics services. There are no ads in the app, and no third-party trackers monitoring your usage.
3.3 No Cloud Services
We do not use cloud storage services, cloud databases, or any external servers to store your data. Everything remains local to your device.
4. PERMISSIONS
SkillPath requests minimal permissions from your device operating system:
4.1 Storage Permission
Used to save your skill and session data locally on your device. This is the only permission required for core app functionality.
4.2 No Other Permissions
The app does not request or require access to:
- Internet or network connectivity (the app works completely offline)
- Camera or microphone
- Location services
- Contacts or calendar

To delete all your SkillPath data:
1. Uninstall the app from your device, or
2. Use your device's app settings to clear the app's data storage
This will permanently remove all skills, sessions, and settings from your device. We cannot recover this data because we never had access to it.
9. DATA RETENTION
Data is retained on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. When you uninstall the app, all associated data is removed from your device according to your operating system's standard app removal procedures.
10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
If you add resource URLs to your learning sessions, those links may direct you to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites you choose to visit through links you have saved in the app.
11. OPEN SOURCE AND TRANSPARENCY
We believe in transparency. The app's data handling is straightforward: everything stays on your device. There are no hidden data collection mechanisms, no background services transmitting information, and no complicated data processing pipelines.
