SK Treasurer Keneth Pelegrino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He is also a member of the Katipunan ng Kabataan ng Barangay Fortune.

     An active youth leader, participates in various initiatives like community pantries and volunteered for the previous OVP Leni Robredo's Angat Buhay program through its Bayanihan E-skwela Community Learning Hub during the pandemic. His advocacy focuses on environmental protection and climate justice. He spent a year working with fisherfolk to amplify their campaigns for the rights of small-scale fishers.

     SK Treasurer Keneth is committed to ensuring that every peso of the SK fund supports various youth programs while maintaining clean, honest, and systematic management of the SK funds.
