This privacy policy applies to the Sketzy app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by ABHGROUP (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects limited information to provide and improve its features. Since the Application does not require any user registration or account creation, we do not collect personal identifiers like your name, email address (unless you contact us), or phone number.
The information collected may include:
Device Information: Model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Pages visited within the app, time spent on features, and interaction with sketching templates.
Log Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address used to fetch data from our servers.
Advertising Identifiers: The Application may collect and use your Google Advertising ID (AAID) or other advertising identifiers to provide personalized advertisements and track the performance of ad campaigns.
To provide the AR Drawing experience, the Application requires specific access to your device’s hardware:
Camera Access: The Application uses the camera to show a live preview on your screen so you can trace images onto paper. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or photos from your camera.
Photo Picker: We use the modern Android System Photo Picker to allow you to select an image from your gallery for sketching. This method is secure and does not grant us access to your entire photo library. We only process the specific image you choose to select.
Flashlight: The app may use the device's torch/flashlight to assist you in low-light drawing conditions.
Image Processing & Privacy: Our app uses the OpenCV library to generate pencil sketches directly on your device. We do not upload, collect, or store your photos on any external servers. All image transformations are performed locally and temporary files are cleared immediately after the process.

Since there are no user accounts, we do not store personal profiles. Any "Favorite" images you mark within the app are stored locally on your device using a Room Database and are not uploaded to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's cache or uninstalling the Application.
"Third-party partners, such as Meta, may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from the Application and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads."
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Application is a creative tool intended for a general audience. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information via email or other means, we will delete it immediately.
We value your trust in using our Application. We use industry-standard measures to protect the data transmitted to our servers (via Volley/HTTPS). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
