Dear Skechers,
I never imagined reaching out publicly, but after exhausting all channels without resolution, I have no choice.
When customers choose Skechers, they do so with confidence in the brand’s quality and integrity. I, too, trusted this promise when I purchased Skechers shoes from a retailer. However, my experience has been far from reassuring.
Upon facing an issue with the product, Skechers approved an exchange—an acknowledgment that my concern was valid. Yet, instead of a smooth resolution, I was directed back to the retailer, only to be asked for additional money to receive a similar replacement.
Despite reporting this to Skechers, I was told that the matter is between me and the retailer. But here’s the question: Did I buy from just a retailer, or did I buy from the Skechers brand itself?
Skechers cannot leave a loyal customer at the mercy of a retailer’s unfair practices. The responsibility of upholding brand trust lies with the brand itself. I urge Skechers to intervene and ensure I receive a fair exchange from an official Skechers outlet—without additional cost or unnecessary hassle.
I still believe in Skechers, but brand trust is built by actions, not just words. I request immediate attention to my case and a resolution that restores my confidence.
