S. Jessica Zhu

I am a researcher at Precision Development (PxD). My research interests lie in the area of development economics, specifically in agriculture, information and communications technology, and gender issues. I have extensive research and field experience, which has given me expertise in designing and implementing experimental and quasi-experimental studies, designing and overseeing data collection, conducting advanced economic analyses, and publishing high-quality original research. 

I completed my Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2019. Prior to graduate school, I worked at the World Bank and the International Food Policy Research Institute.
