Praise can come in many forms such as verbal praise, written praise, money, credit, more freedom and if they have an application for IA Ambassador, giving +support.
Punishment
Punishment
Punishment can come in the form of retrianing, job bans, warnings, punishment training (grammar squats).
Both Praise and Punishment are important factors into behaviour of Agents. Whilst giving them punishments for everything they do wrong will ensure they don't make the same mistake again, it can also put people off being internal affairs as a whole. Adding in praise when an Agent does a good job is extremely important as it means Agents will understand that what they are doing is "good work" and they should continue doing it.
This therefore creates Agents who know what is right and wrong without us directly telling them making Praise and Punishment so important!
