Description ::
Multiple manifestations of a "shadow woman" reported across Site-66. This anomaly is non-hostile and had initially appeared to not be capable of speech until I encountered her while alone and attempted to communicate with the anomaly upon its manifestation within the on-site library. It introduced herself as "Sally" and stated that it just wanted to talk. The anomaly de-manifested shortly after, and did not reappear for approximately 5 minutes, where it was later encountered near the ventilation shafts of the Greater Light Containment Zone. The anomaly asked for assistance, and directed myself and fellow Medic "Bane" to Heavy Containment Zone. Within, we encountered an artifact possibly related to this "Sally" and proceeded to further converse with the anomaly. The anomaly de-manifested later upon "Bane" leaving the area and "Belial" joining me in conversing with the anomaly. We have established that the anomaly is light-avoidant and can only maintain form within dark spaces, that the anomaly is not aggressive, and that it was at one point human. This anomaly has since then been confirmed to be in relation with SCP-618-ZP.

The anomaly re-manifested later in the Psychiatry Room of Medical Bay. Security was provided by SGT Nate Bartholomew of MTF Unit Nu-7 "Hammer Down" while I conducted an impromptu interview. I recorded the interview in its entirety and have provided the recording below. The interview ended after the entity suddenly de-manifested.
It should be noted that a portion of the footage was lost in which I asked if there was anything else on the "island" she has described. She provided no actual answers.

Post-interview, the anomaly re-manifested up on top of the ventilation ducts of Entrance Zone, in which multiple members of Foundation interacted with the anomaly. No new information was revealed. It should be noted however that [ DATA EXPUNGED BY ORDER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS ]. I do not understand why this action was taken, as it directly caused the anomaly unnecessary distress and pain. It was already established multiple times that direct sources of light harm the anomaly.
