Michelle L. Coleman has spent 20 years in the education field and holds an undergraduate degree from DePauw University and a graduate degree from the University of San Diego.  Having served as a teacher, instructional specialist, Coordinator and administrator, Michelle is currently working as a consultant.  In these positions, she found fulfilment in coaching others to do their best; whether it was a teacher or student. Growing and mentoring teachers and young people is her life’s work.
