Addmaths used to be the one subject I just couldn’t get through. No matter how much I studied, it never made sense and because I didn’t like it, I’d always put it off. I kept telling myself, “It’s just numbers and formulas, I’ll figure it out later.” But that “later” never worked out, and I ended up failing almost every exam.
After my mid-terms in Form 5, I randomly bought an online module, hoping it might help. A few weeks after that, my parents suggested face-to-face tuition and that’s where I met Jaden. He wasn’t just a tutor, he really cared. He explained things until I actually got them, no matter how many questions I asked. For the first time, Addmaths started to make sense. I even started to enjoy it. Somehow, I went from a C in trials to a solid A in SPM. I never thought I’d say this, but I grew to love it.
My dream is to pursue social science and hopefully become a lawyer!
