Sirens of Northern New Jersey
What's New
FS&S Model A
Currently, it's my most powerful siren, and probably my first choice in case of an emergency. I've been cleaning it up for the summer, which is mainly NJ tornado season. It's currently in great shape. The B-9, on the other hand, as seen in this video, does not come with good news. Unfortunately, it seems as if the motor is dead, meaning the siren is now inactive. The video above is an example test of the Model A.
Massachusetts Siren Map
It's my most accurate map. It made it's way onto the Master List about a year ago (on the ARS board.) I don't have an NJ map at the moment, but I'm probably going to start one soon. I also have a Rhode Island siren map in the making, and I'm realizing that there is actually a high possibility that the entire state has less than 20 sirens.
