We will only disclose your information to third parties under the following circumstances:
Service vendors: disclose to third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including data storage, payment processing, technical support, customer service, data analytics, security protection and legal services. We require vendors to strictly abide by confidentiality obligations and use your information only within the scope necessary to provide the services.

Advertising and analytics partners: As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not engage in advertising. In the future, we may share some information with advertising and analytics partners to serve advertisements for the Services on other platforms and provide data analytics services. Partners will carry out related work through cookies and other tracking technologies, as detailed in the "Online Analytics and Tailored Advertising" section.
Legal and regulatory requirements: when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law enforcement, judicial or regulatory procedures, including in response to warrants, subpoenas, court orders and other applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not want Google Analytics to collect your relevant data, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. You may also disable related tracking technologies through your browser cookie settings.
As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not serve targeted advertising within the Services. If we conduct such business in the future, we may allow third-party ad networks to place cookies or other tracking technologies on your device to collect information about your use of the Services for the purposes of:

Please note that opting out of tailored advertising only means you will not receive personalized ads based on your interests; you may still receive generic, non-targeted ads. If you clear your browser cookies, change devices or browsers, your opt-out settings may no longer be effective. We do not control the availability or accuracy of the above opt-out channels.
We provide you with the following choices and rights regarding the management of your personal information:
You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link included in the email. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we will still send you necessary service-related notifications (such as policy updates and security alerts).

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), we provide the following additional disclosures for California residents:
Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the twelve months prior to the effective date of this Policy, we have collected and disclosed the following categories of personal information for business or commercial purposes: identifiers, financial information (payment-related information), commercial or transactional information, internet or other electronic network activity information, general geolocation data, audio or visual information (voice messages, generated images, etc.), other personal information you voluntarily provide, and inferences drawn from the information we collect.
We also collect the following categories of "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CCPA: account login credentials, and other sensitive personal information you voluntarily disclose within User Content.
Sources and Purposes of Information
We collect personal information from three sources: you directly, automatic collection during use of the Services, and third-party sources. The purposes of use are consistent with those described in Section 3 of this Policy.
"Sale" and "Sharing" of Personal Information
The third-party analytics and advertising services we use may constitute "sharing" of personal information as defined under the CCPA, for the purpose of cross-site targeted advertising. If you wish to opt out of such sharing, you may use the opt-out channels described in the "Tailored Advertising" section.
We do not knowingly "sell" or "share" the personal information of children under 16.
Do-Not-Track Disclosure
We do not currently respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track (DNT) signals, as the internet industry has not yet established a unified DNT standard and implementation framework.
CCPA Rights
California residents have the personal information rights described in Section 6, including the right to know and delete personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information for purposes from which you may opt out under the CCPA.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
Our Services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Use by minors under 18 is prohibited. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor under 18, we will immediately terminate the relevant account and delete the corresponding personal information in accordance with law, except where retention is required by law.
We implement multiple technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no internet or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and we cannot warrant that your information and communications will be completely free from unauthorized access.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period depends on the purpose of collection and your choices. Upon expiration, we will delete, de-identify or aggregate the information.
We may retain corresponding information to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce relevant agreements.
