D1. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS TO END USER
‣ Implement a contactless delivery system with drop-off zones or which imposes a one-meter distance between the delivery personnel and the customer when the food/product is being delivered.
(Ipatupad ang isang contactless delivery system na may drop-off zones o kung saan ay nagpapataw ng isang metro na distansya sa pagitan ng magdedeliver at ng kustomer kapag ang produktong pagkain ay naihatid.)
‣ Consistently remind your delivery personnel about quality assurance, fast and efficient delivery service, as well as health and safety guidelines including regularly washing their hands and sanitizing the delivery and thermal bags.
(Patuloy na paalalahanan ang mga magdedeliver patungkol sa katiyakan ng kalidad, mabilis at mahusay na paghahatid ng serbisyo, pati na rin ang mga alituntunin sa kalusugan at kaligtasan kabilang ang regular na paghuhugas ng kanilang mga kamay at pag-sanitize ng mga thermal o delivery bags).
‣ Pack appropriately the siomai products so as not to compromise the appearance and overall quality of the siomai.
‣ Remember to properly cushion and seal your products.
‣ The goal of fulfillment is to get the product in the hands of the customer safe and sound.
(Ipack ng maayos at tama upang hindi masira ang hitsura at kalidad ng siomai. Ang layunin natin ay makarating ang produkto ng maganda, ligtas at maayos sa mga kamay ng customer.)
‣ Strictly ensure that no “spoiled/damaged siomai products" be sold to the end-users; otherwise, you shall be held liable for such negligence.
(Tiyakin na walang "sirang siomai” ang maibebenta sa mga kustomers. Kung magkaganun man, ikaw ay magkaroon ng pananagutan dahil sa iyong kapabayaan.)
‣ If Dropship products are determined to be shipped in good condition but have been altered by the receiver, we will not allow return or replacement.
(Kung ang mga produktong ipinadala sa pamamagitan ng Dropship ay tinutukoy na naipadala sa mabuting kondisyon ngunit binago ng tatanggap, hindi na papayagan ang pagbabalik o pagpalit)
‣ As the products are highly perishables, implement a NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY to the end-users.
(Dahil ang ating produkto ay lubhang maselan o delikado, ang pagpapatupad ng No Return No Exchange Policy (walang saulian) ay lubos na kinakailangan.)
‣ Dispose immediately of the products to end-users to avoid any spoilage.
(Ibenta ng madalian o mabilisan sa customer ang ating produkto upang maiwasan ang posibleng pagkasira)
D2. PRESENTATION AND MARKETING
‣ Ensure that the product package shall have a complete set of condiments during delivery. (Refer to Figure 10)
(Siguraduhin na ang bawat pack ng siomai ay may kasamang kumpletong condiments pag ito ay idiniliber sa customers. (Tingnan ang Figure 10)).
‣ Explain to the customers that they only need to thaw products that can be consumed. Kindly refer to Figure 8 for proper re-heating instructions.
