이 문서는 위 앱의 한국어/영어 정책 원문이다. 개발자 표시명과 연락처는 사용자가 제공한 실제 정보이다. 아래 정책은 Android 앱의 처리에 적용되며 별도 웹사이트의 방문 로그나 사용자가 보내는 이메일을 앱 내부 수집으로 혼동하지 않는다. 1.6.0부터 무료 앱으로 전환되며 Google AdMob 광고를 포함한다.

적용 범위
Waveroom은 SINTERGRID를 무료 단일 이용자 퍼즐 게임으로 제공합니다. 이 방침은 Android 앱이 게임 기록과 설정을 처리하는 방법과, 앱에 포함된 Google AdMob 광고가 처리하는 정보를 설명합니다. Google Play 서비스의 데이터 처리는 Google의 개인정보처리방침과 관련 약관에 따릅니다.
운영자의 데이터 수집
Waveroom은 앱을 통해 이용자의 게임 기록이나 개인정보를 자체 서버로 전송하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 계정 생성, 로그인, 분석 SDK, 원격 순위표, 앱 안의 추가 결제 기능은 없습니다. 게임은 인터넷 연결 없이도 플레이할 수 있습니다.
광고 (Google AdMob)
무료 버전은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 화면 하단 배너, 정원 사이의 전면 광고, 이용자가 직접 선택해 시청하는 보상형 광고(실패 후 이어 하기)가 있습니다. 광고 제공·측정과 부정 방지를 위해 Google은 다음 정보를 수집하고 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 ID(Android 광고 식별자)와 기기·앱 정보(기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 언어 등)
- IP 주소와 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치
- 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고 상호작용과 진단 정보
이 정보는 Google이 Google 개인정보처리방침 (https://policies.google.com/privacy)과 Google의 광고 데이터 사용 (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)에 따라 처리합니다. Waveroom은 이 정보를 직접 받거나 광고 외의 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
유럽경제지역·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 Google 동의 관리 플랫폼으로 먼저 동의를 묻습니다. 앱 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 광고는 연령에 적합한 콘텐츠 등급(PG 이하)으로 제한합니다.
유료 앱이던 시기에 설치해 이용하던 기기에는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.
권한
앱은 광고를 위해 인터넷, 네트워크 상태, 광고 ID 권한을 사용합니다. 이름, 이메일 주소, 위치, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크 또는 사진 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 파일 백업과 복원에는 사용자가 Android 시스템 문서 선택창에서 직접 선택한 문서에 대한 접근만 사용하며, 포괄적인 저장소 접근 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장하는 정보
앱은 플레이에 필요한 다음 정보를 기기의 앱 전용 저장소에 보관합니다.
- 진행 중인 보드, 조각, 모드, 섹터, 점수, 유물, 남은 자원과 이어하기 상태.
- 개인 최고 기록, 원정 완료, 함선 해금 진척, 미션 완료와 게임 내 업적.
- 언어, 효과음, 음악, 모션 줄이기 등 사용자가 선택한 설정.
- 날짜에 따른 일일 도전 조건과 해당 기기의 도전 기록.
- 광고 표시 간격을 조절하기 위한 횟수 기록과 광고 제외 여부.
게임 진행과 기록은 앱의 로컬 저장소에서 처리하며 운영자에게 전송하지 않습니다. 일일 도전은 기기의 날짜를 한국 시간 기준으로 계산하고, 외부 서버에서 날짜나 순위를 가져오지 않습니다.
사용자 선택 파일 백업과 복원
설정에서 게임 진행, 설정 및 기록을 JSON 백업 파일로 저장하고, 사용자가 직접 선택한 파일을 가져와 복원할 수 있습니다. 백업 파일을 다른 기기로 옮긴 뒤 그 기기의 앱에서 선택하여 기록을 이전할 수도 있습니다. Android 시스템 문서 선택창을 통해 사용자가 선택한 위치에 저장하거나 선택한 문서의 내용을 읽습니다. 백업 파일은 운영자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
보관, 삭제, 기기 변경
게임 기록과 설정은 정상적인 앱 재시작 후에도 기기에 남습니다. 앱을 제거하거나 Android 설정에서 이 앱의 데이터를 지우면 해당 로컬 기록이 삭제됩니다.
앱은 자동 클라우드 저장·클라우드 백업·기기간 저장 동기화를 제공하지 않습니다. Android 자동 백업과 앱 데이터의 자동 기기 전송은 비활성화하도록 설정했습니다. 사용자가 별도로 저장한 백업 파일은 앱 삭제나 앱 데이터 초기화 후에도 선택한 위치에 남을 수 있으며, 해당 파일의 보관과 삭제는 사용자가 관리합니다. Waveroom은 게임 기록의 서버 사본을 보관하지 않으므로 백업 파일이 없는 삭제 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.
아동
이 앱은 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. Waveroom은 아동을 포함한 이용자의 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.

앱과 개인정보에 관한 문의는 contact@waveroommastering.com으로 보내실 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일을 보내면 사용자가 직접 제공한 이메일 주소와 메시지를 문의 응답에 이용할 수 있습니다. 이 이메일 교환은 앱이 게임 기록이나 개인정보를 자동으로 수집·전송하는 기능과는 별개입니다. 문의에 불필요한 비밀번호, 결제 정보 또는 민감한 개인정보를 보내지 마세요.
정책 변경
앱의 데이터 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 정책과 앱 내 안내, Google Play의 Data safety 정보를 함께 갱신합니다. 공개되는 정책에는 변경된 시행일을 표시합니다.

Scope
Waveroom provides SINTERGRID as a free, single-player puzzle game. This policy explains how the Android app handles game records and settings, and what information the Google AdMob ads included in the app process. Google Play processes data for its store services under Google's own privacy policy and terms.
Collection by the developer
Waveroom does not transmit or keep your gameplay records or personal information on its own servers. There is no account creation, login, analytics SDK, remote leaderboard, or additional in-app billing. The game can be played without an internet connection.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the screen, interstitials between gardens, and rewarded ads you choose to watch (to continue after a loss). To deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- The advertising ID (Android advertising identifier) and device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language, and similar)
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Ad interactions such as impressions and clicks, and diagnostics
Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). Waveroom does not receive this information or use it for purposes other than advertising.
Where consent is required, such as in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, the app asks first through Google's consent management platform. You can change your choice anytime in Ad privacy choices in the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Ads are limited to age-appropriate content (rated PG or lower).
Devices that installed and used the app while it was a paid app do not show ads.
Permissions
The app uses internet, network state and advertising ID permissions for ads. It does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos. File backup and restoration use access only to documents you explicitly select through the Android system document picker. The app does not request broad storage permissions.
Information stored on your device
The app stores information needed for play in its private local storage:
- Your active board, pieces, mode, sector, score, artifacts, remaining resources, and resume state.
- Personal best scores, completed expeditions, ship-unlock progress, completed missions, and in-game achievements.
- Your language, sound effects, music, reduced-motion preferences, and other game settings.
- Dated daily-challenge conditions and that device's challenge records.
- Counters used to pace ads and whether the device is exempt from ads.
Gameplay and records are processed in the app's local storage and are not sent to Waveroom. Daily challenges use the device's date calculated in Korea time. The app does not obtain dates or rankings from an external server.
User-selected file backup and restoration
In settings, you can save game progress, preferences, and records to a JSON backup file and restore a file you select. You can also move that backup to another device and select it in the app there to transfer your records. The Android system document picker is used to write to a location you select or read a document you select. The app does not send backup files to Waveroom's servers.
Retention, deletion, and changing devices
Game records and settings remain on your device across normal app restarts. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data in Android settings deletes those local records.
The app does not provide automatic cloud saves, cloud backups, or save synchronization. It is configured to disable Android automatic backup and automatic app-data device transfer. Backup files you save separately may remain at the selected location after uninstalling the app or clearing its data. You manage their retention and deletion. Waveroom holds no server copy of game records and cannot restore deleted records without a backup file.
Children
The app is intended for players aged 13 and older. Waveroom does not directly collect personal information from any players, including children.
Contact
Contact contact@waveroommastering.com with app or privacy questions. If you send a support email, the email address and message you voluntarily provide may be used to respond. This email exchange is separate from the app and is not automatic collection or transmission of game records or personal information by the app. Do not include unnecessary passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a support message.
Policy changes
If the app's data practices change, this policy, the in-app information, and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated together. The published policy will identify its updated effective date.
