1.1 Introduccion Bienvenido a SingIt. Esta Politica de Privacidad describe como recopilamos, usamos, almacenamos y protegemos la informacion personal de los usuarios de nuestra aplicacion movil SingIt, disponible para Android e iOS. Al usar SingIt, aceptas las practicas descritas en este documento.

1.2 Informacion que Recopilamos

Informacion que el usuario proporciona directamente:

• Direccion de correo electronico (para crear una cuenta)

• Nombre de usuario (@usuario)

• Nombre para mostrar

• Mensajes de texto que escribes para ser convertidos en canciones

Informacion recopilada automaticamente:

• Token de dispositivo para notificaciones push (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

• Datos de uso de la aplicacion (canciones generadas, creditos usados)

• Historial de mensajes cantados generados

• Informacion de transacciones de compras in-app (procesadas por Google Play / Apple App Store)

1.3 Como Usamos tu Informacion Utilizamos la informacion recopilada para los siguientes propositos:

• Crear y gestionar tu cuenta de usuario

• Generar mensajes cantados personalizados usando la API de Musicful.ai

• Permitir la comunicacion entre usuarios mediante el sistema de chat

• Enviar notificaciones push sobre mensajes recibidos

• Procesar compras de creditos in-app

• Mantener el historial de canciones generadas

• Mejorar el funcionamiento y la experiencia de la aplicacion

• Cumplir con obligaciones legales aplicables

1.4 Servicios de Terceros SingIt utiliza los siguientes servicios de terceros que pueden recopilar informacion segun sus propias politicas de privacidad:

Firebase (Google LLC)

• Firebase Authentication: gestion de cuentas de usuario

• Cloud Firestore: almacenamiento de datos de usuarios y mensajes

Musicful.ai

• API de generacion de canciones con inteligencia artificial

• El texto de tus mensajes es enviado a Musicful.ai para generar el audio

Google Play / Apple App Store

• Procesamiento de pagos de compras in-app

• Las transacciones son gestionadas exclusivamente por Google/Apple

• SingIt no almacena datos de tarjetas de credito ni informacion de pago

1.5 Compartir tu Informacion No vendemos, alquilamos ni compartimos tu informacion personal con terceros, excepto en los siguientes casos:

• Con los servicios de terceros necesarios para el funcionamiento de la app (descritos en la seccion 1.4)

• Cuando sea requerido por ley o por autoridades competentes

• Para proteger los derechos, propiedad o seguridad de SingIt o sus usuarios

• En caso de fusion, adquisicion o venta de activos de la empresa, los usuarios seran notificados

1.6 Retencion de Datos

• Los datos de tu cuenta se conservan mientras la cuenta este activa

• El historial de canciones se conserva en tu cuenta hasta que lo elimines o cierres la cuenta

• Los audios generados en Musicful.ai expiran despues de varias horas en sus servidores

• Puedes solicitar la eliminacion de tu cuenta y datos en cualquier momento escribiendo a singitadmon@gmail.com

1.7 Seguridad Implementamos medidas tecnicas y organizativas para proteger tu informacion, incluyendo:

• Autenticacion segura mediante Firebase Authentication

• Comunicaciones cifradas mediante HTTPS/TLS

• Reglas de seguridad en Firestore para proteger el acceso a los datos

• No almacenamos contrasenas en texto plano

1.8 Privacidad de Menores SingIt no esta dirigida a menores de 13 anos (o la edad minima aplicable en tu pais). No recopilamos intencionalmente informacion de menores. Si descubrimos que hemos recopilado datos de un menor sin el consentimiento parental, eliminaremos dicha informacion de inmediato.

1.9 Tus Derechos Dependiendo de tu ubicacion, puedes tener los siguientes derechos:

• Acceso: solicitar una copia de tu informacion personal

• Rectificacion: corregir datos inexactos

• Eliminacion: solicitar la eliminacion de tu cuenta y datos

• Portabilidad: recibir tus datos en un formato estructurado

El uso continuado de SingIt despues de los cambios constituye la aceptacion de la nueva politica.

2. Terminos de Servicio

Fecha de entrada en vigor: Mayo 1, 2026

2.1 Aceptacion de Terminos Al descargar, instalar o usar SingIt, aceptas estos Terminos de Servicio. Si no estas de acuerdo, no uses la aplicacion.

2.2 Descripcion del Servicio SingIt es una aplicacion movil que convierte mensajes de texto en canciones generadas por inteligencia artificial. El servicio incluye generacion de audio, chat entre usuarios, historial de canciones y funciones de compartir.

2.3 Cuentas de Usuario

• Debes proporcionar informacion veridica al registrarte

• Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contrasena

• No puedes crear cuentas de forma automatizada ni masiva

• Una persona, una cuenta. Las cuentas no son transferibles

2.4 Sistema de Creditos

• Los creditos son necesarios para generar mensajes cantados (1 credito = 1 cancion)

• Al registrarte recibes 3 creditos gratuitos de bienvenida

• Los creditos comprados no son reembolsables una vez utilizados

• Los creditos no tienen fecha de vencimiento

• Los precios pueden cambiar con previo aviso

2.5 Uso Aceptable Te comprometes a no usar SingIt para:

• Generar contenido ilegal, ofensivo, amenazante, difamatorio o que viole derechos de terceros

• Acosar, intimidar o amenazar a otros usuarios

• Enviar spam o contenido no solicitado

• Intentar hackear, deshabilitar o interferir con el servicio

• Usar la app con fines comerciales no autorizados

2.6 Propiedad Intelectual

• SingIt y su contenido son propiedad de Miguel Angel Barrera Balderrama

• Las canciones generadas con tus mensajes son para uso personal

• No puedes revender ni distribuir comercialmente el contenido generado sin autorizacion

2.7 Limitacion de Responsabilidad SingIt se proporciona "tal cual". No garantizamos disponibilidad continua del servicio. No somos responsables de:

• La calidad o disponibilidad de los audios generados por Musicful.ai

• Perdida de datos por causas fuera de nuestro control

• Danos indirectos derivados del uso de la aplicacion

2.8 Terminacion Podemos suspender o eliminar tu cuenta si violas estos terminos. Puedes cancelar tu cuenta en cualquier momento escribiendo a singitadmon@gmail.com.

2.9 Ley Aplicable Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes de Mexico. Cualquier disputa se resolvera en los tribunales competentes de Chihuahua, Mexico.

3. Instrucciones para Google Play Console

3.1 Categoria recomendada

• Categoria principal: Entretenimiento

• Etiquetas sugeridas: musica, IA, mensajes, canciones, chat

3.2 Clasificacion de contenido

• Clasificacion recomendada: Para todos (ESRB: Everyone / PEGI 3)

• No contiene violencia, contenido sexual ni lenguaje inapropiado

3.3 Productos In-App que debes crear En Play Console > Monetizacion > Productos in-app, crea estos 3 productos de tipo "Consumible":

• ID: credits_3 | Nombre: Starter | Precio: $1.99 USD | Descripcion: 3 creditos para generar canciones

• ID: credits_10 | Nombre: Experience | Precio: $4.99 USD | Descripcion: 10 creditos para generar canciones

• ID: credits_25 | Nombre: Pro | Precio: $9.99 USD | Descripcion: 25 creditos para generar canciones

3.4 Permisos que declara la app

• INTERNET — necesario para generar canciones y comunicacion en tiempo real

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — notificaciones de mensajes recibidos y descargas

• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — guardar MP3 descargados (solo Android 9 e inferior)

Welcome to SingIt. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of users of our mobile application SingIt, available for Android and iOS. By using SingIt, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1.3 How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- Create and manage your user account

- Generate personalized sung messages using the Musicful.ai API

- Enable communication between users through the chat system

- Send push notifications about received messages

- Process in-app credit purchases

- Maintain the history of generated songs

- Improve the functionality and user experience of the app

- Comply with applicable legal obligations

1.4 Third-Party Services

SingIt uses the following third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies:

- To protect the rights, property, or security of SingIt or its users

1.6 Data Retention

- Account data is retained while the account is active

- Song history is retained in your account until you delete it or close the account

- Audio files generated by Musicful.ai expire after several hours on their servers

- You may request the deletion of your account and data at any time by writing to singitadmon@gmail.com

1.7 Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

- Secure authentication through Firebase Authentication

- Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS

- Firestore security rules to protect data access

- We do not store passwords in plain text

1.8 Children's Privacy

SingIt is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum applicable age in your country). We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SingIt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2.2 Description of Service

SingIt is a mobile application that converts text messages into songs generated by artificial intelligence. The service includes audio generation, chat between users, song history, and sharing features.

2.3 User Accounts

- You must provide truthful information when registering

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password

- You may not create accounts in an automated or mass manner

- One person, one account. Accounts are non-transferable

2.4 Credit System

- Credits are required to generate sung messages (1 credit = 1 song)

- Upon registration you receive 3 free welcome credits

- Purchased credits are non-refundable once used

- Credits do not expire

- Prices may change with prior notice

2.5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SingIt to:

- Generate illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights

- Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users

- Send spam or unsolicited content

- Attempt to hack, disable, or interfere with the service

- Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes

2.6 Intellectual Property

- SingIt and its content are the property of Miguel Angel Barrera Balderrama

- Songs generated with your messages are for personal use

- You may not resell or commercially distribute generated content without authorization

2.7 Limitation of Liability

SingIt is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. We are not responsible for:

- The quality or availability of audio generated by Musicful.ai

- Data loss due to causes beyond our control

- Indirect damages arising from the use of the application

2.8 Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by writing to singitadmon@gmail.com.

2.9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Chihuahua, Mexico.
