I am a Postdoctoral Researcher Associate at the Brij Disa Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CDSA), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, India.
I completed my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna, under the supervision of Prof. Yogesh Mani Tripathi. My doctoral research focused on lifetime data analysis and distribution theory. Prior to that, I earned an M.Tech. degree in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Patna and an M.Sc. in Mathematics from IIT Kharagpur.
My research interests include:
Classical and Bayesian inference for censored data
Comparison of risk models
Optimal design of life-testing experiments
Multicomponent stress–strength models
Accelerated life-testing
Non-parametric estimation and machine learning–based predictive modeling
My current research focuses on non-parametric estimation for real-time problems and compares with the machine learning approaches for prediction purposes.
These studies have a wide range of applications across industrial engineering, reliability analysis, machine operations, radio inference, clinical trials, and biological experiments.
In addition to my academics, I enjoy playing Lawn Tennis and Skating.
