2. Information We Collect
• Account Information: When you create an account via Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, profile picture, gender, and optional bio.
• Real-time Audio Data: When you join an audio seat in a 15-mic live party room, your audio stream is transmitted in real-time using secure WebRTC encryption. We do not store or record your voice conversations without explicit permission.
• Device & Technical Data: We collect standard device information (such as operating system version, device model, and unique hardware IDs) to ensure app security, prevent fraud, and enforce community safety.
3. How We Use Your Information
• To operate and maintain live voice party rooms, interactive games, and social feeds.
• To process virtual coin balances, animated gifts, and level rankings.
• To send notifications when creators you follow host a live audio party (which you can turn off at any time in Settings).
• To protect users and prevent abuse, ban evasion, and illegal activities.
4. User Safety & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Simzo Party strictly prohibits harassment, hate speech, bullying, pornography, and abusive behavior.
• Users can instantly Report or Block any room, post, or participant.
• Our safety team reviews all reported content and takes disciplinary action (including account termination) within 24 hours.
5. Data Sharing and Security
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. All network communications are encrypted via SSL/TLS and industry-standard security protocols.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly inside the app:
Go to Profile -> Settings -> Privacy & Safety -> Delete Account.
