当您觉得有明显的不适感或疼痛感时，您需要的是治疗计划来改善问题。治疗期通常分为初期，中期和后期。期限与次数则依据个人恢复效果而定。

You need treatment plan when you feel a distinct feeling of pain or discomfort. The treatment period is typically divided into early, middle, and late stages. The duration and frequency depend on individual recovery progress.

保健计划 Healthcare Plan

当您需要保持健康和活力，您需要的是通过定期保健计划来巩固身体的机能和脏腑功能的正常运行。保健次数则需要固定和保持一定的间距时间进行才能起到保健的效果。如果次数不固定或者时间拉锯太久则效果会事倍功半。

When you need to maintain health and vitality, regular healthcare plan is essential to strengthen bodily functions and maintain the normal operation of organs. Healthcare should be scheduled at consistent intervals to achieve the desired effects. Irregular or prolonged intervals healthcare may diminish the effectiveness of healthcare efforts.
