The All-New SimpliSafe is our upgraded DIY security system, with new features added to provide homeowners with peace of mind. This third-generation of our security system is WiFi compatible, has more than double the components of the Original SimpliSafe, and can send signals up to 800 feet away from the Base Station. The revamped design of the All-New SimpliSafe makes it easier to blend in with your home. We are consistently providing updates to ensure your system is always prepared.

With a cellular connection to our monitoring center and 24-hour backup batteries, the All-New simplisafe customer service ensures you’re always protected, even if you lose power. You can also connect your system to WiFi as a supplementary second communication channel. This WiFi connection will allow you to manually update your Base Station and Keypad when updates are available on Simplisafe customer service.

We strongly recommend that you subscribe your system to professional monitoring. simplisafe customer service has six monitoring centers around the nation that are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year—so you can be confident whether you are at work or going to sleep that your home is protected. With interactive professional monitoring, you can choose to be notified immediately via email, text message, and smartphone push notifications for any events your system detects or check on Simplisafe customer service.

How can I use the SimpliSafe customer service, and how does it work?


WATCHFUL WHEN YOU NEED IT, PRIVACY WHEN YOU DON'T

Your Ssimplisafe customer service comes equipped with a built-in privacy shutter to give you absolute control over your camera—and your privacy. Whenever the privacy shutter is open, the camera’s motion sensor will send notifications to your phone if it detects motion.

LIVE VIDEO TO KEEP TABS ON YOUR HOME

ou can view live video at any time on Simplisafe customer service, including during alarms. While viewing the live feed, you can use your simplisafe customer service 2-way audio feature to both speak through the camera and listen to sound transmitted through it.

Simplisafe customer service also supports video verification. This optional setting enables our monitoring center to view your cameras during an alarm, helping them ensure your safety and dispatch the authorities quickly if necessary.

RECORD AND SAVE VIDEO FOR PEACE OF MIND

With an Interactive monitoring plan subscription, the camera will automatically record during a number of events, ensuring you know what caused them. When triggered by an alarm, the camera will record video for five minutes—longer if motion is detected during the alarm. These recordings can be stored for up to 30 days, and can be downloaded from your mobile app or our webapp or our Simplisafe customer service.

Though you may choose to receive a notification, if your camera detects motion it will not set off an alarm. So there's no need to worry about pets triggering the camera's motion sensor and setting off an alarm when you're not home!

You can change your camera’s notification settings, turn off the status light, and configure other settings through the mobile app’s settings page.


Video Doorbell Pro Overview


The Video Doorbell Pro lets you keep an eye on your front door and easily communicate with visitors whether you’re at home or away.

The doorbell is compatible with both the All New simpli safe customer service and the Original SimpliSafe Systems.

The doorbell features live streaming and two-way audio, allowing you to watch, speak and listen through your doorbell Simplisafe customer service.

The doorbell also detects motion, using advanced motion analytics to recognize people, cars, or other objects, and sends notifications to you based on the observed object Simplisafe customer service.

With a subscription, the Video Doorbell Pro will record video when the motion detection is triggered and simpli safe customer service will store the recordings for up to 30 days. These recordings can be downloaded from your mobile app or website.

The Video Doorbell Pro also supports video verification. This optional setting enables our monitoring center to view your cameras during an alarm, allowing them to dispatch the authorities quickly and also avoid expensive false alarm charges.
