This privacy policy applies to the Simple Chess app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Footprint.co.in (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
- The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
- The time spent on the Application
- The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
No personal identification information is collected or stored by the Service Provider. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any external server or shared with any third party.
The Service Provider may use the above information to contact you from time to time to provide you with important updates, notices, or promotions.
In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and One-Time Purchases
The Application offers the following paid features:
- One-Time Purchases: Certain premium board themes, pieces, or features may be unlocked via a one-time purchase through Google Play.
- Subscriptions: The Application may offer auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be managed or cancelled through your Google Play account settings.
- In-App Purchases: Additional content, board themes, or customization items may be available for purchase within the Application.
All payments are processed securely by Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Purchase records are managed entirely by Google Play and are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Advertising

Third Party Access

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains automatically collected information for up to 24 months, after which it may be aggregated. No personal data is stored on the Service Provider's servers. All game data is stored locally on your device.

Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete this information immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@footprint.co.in so that we can take appropriate action.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect any information we process and maintain. However, please be aware that no system is 100% secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application is considered approval of all changes.
