What it does: This permission allows the App to draw the "Running Horse" border (edge lighting/marquee effect) on top of other applications.
Why we need it: This is essential for the border lighting effect to be visible when you are using other apps or when your screen is active.
Data Handling: We only use this to display a visual border effect. We do not read or capture the content of the apps running beneath it.
