Calculations History (Local Storage): The application includes a feature to save your mathematical operations history for your convenience. This data is processed and stored strictly on your local device storage and is never transmitted, cached, or shared with any external servers or third parties.
Technical Logs: Non-personal technical data (such as device model, OS version, and crash logs) may be collected via standard Google development tools solely to optimize app performance and fix software stability issues.
3. Third-Party Advertising & Privacy Rights (AdMob & GDPR)
The application integrates Google AdMob to display Native advertisements. This third-party service may automatically access your device's Advertising ID and technical identifiers to provide a personalized or non-personalized advertising experience.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK reserve the right to manage their consent settings for personalized advertising in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The developer holds no control over, or liability for, the content of third-party advertisements or the privacy policies of external websites linked within those ads.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
This application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures.

While we strive for absolute mathematical precision using robust architectures, the user acknowledges that the developer is NOT liable for any inaccurate results. The reliance on this application in critical or high-risk sectors (including but not limited to: Medical, Engineering, Financial, Investment, or Laboratory environments) is entirely at the user’s sole risk.
6. Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Compliance)
Data Nature: We do not host or store any user personal or sensitive data on private external servers.
Deletion Request: Users reserve the right to request the deletion of any collected technical logs or performance identifiers.

7. Governing Law
This privacy policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any unresolvable disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Baghdad. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Arabic text, the English version shall prevail for technical and legal interpretations.

2. جمع البيانات ومعالجتها
سجل العمليات الحسابية (تخزين محلي): يحتوي التطبيق على ميزة حفظ سجل العمليات الحسابية السابقة لتسهيل تجربة المستخدم وتوفير الوقت. يتم معالجة وحفظ هذه البيانات محلياً وبشكل كامل داخل ذاكرة جهازك فقط، ولا يتم نقلها، حفظها، أو مشاركتها مع أي خوادم خارجية أو أطراف ثالثة.
البيانات التقنية: قد يتم جمع بيانات تقنية غير شخصية (مثل نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، وسجلات الأعطال) عبر خدمات Google القياسية لغرض تحسين الأداء العام للتطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء البرمجية فقط.
3. إعلانات الطرف الثالث والامتثال الدولي (AdMob & GDPR)
يستخدم التطبيق خدمة Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات (native Ads). قد تقوم هذه الخدمة بشكل تلقائي بالوصول إلى معرف الإعلانات الخاص بجهازك (Advertising ID) والمعرفات التقنية لتحسين وتخصيص تجربة الإعلانات.
يتمتع المستخدمون في المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية (EEA) والمملكة المتحدة بحق إدارة خيارات الموافقة للإعلانات المخصصة وفقاً للائحة العامة لحماية البيانات (GDPR) عبر إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز. المطور غير مسؤول عن محتوى الإعلانات أو ممارسات الخصوصية للمواقع الخارجية التي قد ينتقل إليها المستخدم عبر الروابط الإعلانية.
4. خصوصية الأطفال (الامتثال لقانون COPPA)
هذا التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ونحن لا نجمع أو نطلب أو نخزن أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال تحت هذا السن بشكل متعمد. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً دون سن 13 عاماً قد زودنا ببيانات شخصية، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية (تحديد المسؤولية)
هذا التطبيق مخصص للأغراض التعليمية والعامة فقط. على الرغم من حرصنا على الدقة الرياضية العالية، يقر المستخدم ويوافق على أن المطور غير مسؤول قانوناً عن أي نتائج غير دقيقة أو أخطاء حسابية. يُمنع منعاً باتاً الاعتماد على التطبيق في القطاعات الحساسة أو عالية المخاطر مثل (المجالات الطبية، الهندسية والإنشائية، المالية والاستثمارية، والمختبرات)، وأي استخدام في هذه المجالات يقع تحت مسؤولية المستخدم الشخصية الكاملة.
6. سياسة حذف البيانات (الامتثال لسياسات Google Play)
طبيعة البيانات: نحن لا نقوم بجمع أو تخزين أي بيانات شخصية حساسة للمستخدمين على خوادم خارجية خاصة بنا.
طلب الحذف: يحق للمستخدم في أي وقت طلب مسح أي بيانات تقنية متبقية (مثل سجلات الأعطال المرتبطة بمعرف جهازه).
آلية الحذف: لتقديم طلب حذف البيانات، يرجى مراسلتنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني: purecodeapps@gmail.com. سيتم التعامل مع طلبك وحذفه ضمن إطار زمني معقول ومتوافق مع قوانين حماية البيانات المعمول بها.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه السياسة وتفسر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية العراق، وأي نزاع يتعذر حله ودياً يتم اللجوء فيه إلى المحاكم المختصة في مدينة بغداد. في حال وجود أي تعارض أو اختلاف في التفسير بين النصين الإنجليزي والعربي، يُعتمد النص الإنجليزي كمرجع أساسي للتفسير التقني والقانوني.
