Simon Says - Memory Challenge (referred to as "the game") is developed by Siza Developers (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players.

The App is designed to run completely offline. Any scores, levels, or gameplay metrics are stored strictly in the temporary volatile memory (RAM) of your device during the active game session. All session data is immediately deleted and cleared when the App is closed or when you click the "Reset Statistics" button.
The app does not request, require, or use any sensitive device permissions, such as access to your:

Because the App does not collect any personal information and runs entirely offline, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines for child-directed applications. It is completely safe for players of all ages, including children.
